The Labor Day weekend came and went without a lot of fanfare. The weather was not great but it did not stop the annual block party up the street. We heard a rumor that the party may not be happening so we 4 decided to do our own potluck get together at Tina's house with the occasional wandering up the street to the block party. It was a nice way to end the summer but would have been nicer to spend one more day at the pool.
Tuesday September 4 marked a return to daycare for Lily and the start of 2nd Grade for Rowan. This year Rowan is in Mrs Reed's class and her and McKenzie are together in class! Never saw that coming. The trade off is Rowan and Olivia Zollers are in separate classes for the first time since they were infants. Kellie and I took it pretty hard!
