The Jersey Shore

So normally every year we go down the shore for at least a long weekend. This year it was not meant to be but we still had to take a daytrip if for no other reason than to get our family picture taken since it has become an annual tradition on our shore trips and we can't very well skip a year.




Pictures look nice eh? Took 4 1/2 hours to get there so they better! I thought Jessica was going to scream in the car on the way down. Traffic was so bad, guess everyone else had the same idea as us! But we did finally get there and made the most of our day. We spent almost 9 hours on the boardwalk riding all the rides we could go on. Parker, Jessica and Rowan went on almost everything together and were best friends all day long. Lily and I went on the kiddie rides together, just my speed.





















Jessica got the trifecta of the shore experience as well, Curly Fries, Mack and Manco Pizza and Kohr Brothers ice cream. She was happy. I think she was hoping she would see someone from the MTV show "The Jersey Shore" but we tried to explain that was filmed in a different spot. *LOL*

Next year we are planning to get down there for a week and Parker already wants Jessica to come back down for that at the very least because her and Rowan were such good ride buddies!
