Here's the thing about snow...

Once it has been around for a while it starts to be gross looking. The pretty white landscape is replaced by half melted piles of brown/black snow that everyone just wishes would go away. These were taken before that happened..












In other news - a stomach bug went through our house again last week. They really are the worst - we all survived though, no better no worse than we were before.

Rowan had to take her earrings out and let the holes close over. They just got too infected and were hurting her too much. Maybe we will try again in the future although right now she says we won't.

Lily is developing quite the personality and it seems to be headstrong and stubborn - not sure where she gets that from honestly. She is also talking more and more, she calls Rowan "Ro Ro" and lately her favourite word is "Mommy...Mommmmmeeeeee" in a screeching kind of way. Lovely.

Rowan continues karate and is still enjoying it. I am looking to get her into swimming lessons come March but we will see.
