Lily has cut her first tooth! She has finally cut the bottom tooth on her right side - one down, 19 to go.

Our poor Lily :(
Our poor little baby. That ear infection from 10 days ago never went away. She had a fever on and off all weekend reaching as high as 102 degrees on Sunday. We cold compressed her, gave her Tylenol, let her sleep - all that seemed to help but yesterday at daycare she flirted with 101 degrees (their cut off for being sent home) and then refused to eat and started screaming. I took her to the doctor yesterday afternoon and that's when we learned either another ear infection was in place or the first one never went away. We got a scrip for Augmentin which is a step up from regular amoxicillin and an appt with an ENT (ear, nose and throat) doctor next Tuesday - 4 ear infections in 5-6 months will get you into an ENT and most likely the poor thing is going to need tubes in her ears :( We will see what they say next week I guess.
On a completely unrelated note it has been over 90 degrees temp wise here for 4 days now - I am embarrassed and yet thankful to be able to say we had to turn our A/C on on Sunday because it was so oppressive out. It is supposed to break tomorrow but good lord, a heatwave in April???

Rowan's first baseball game
Not the Phillies though - who wants to pay 100s of dollars only to have her hate it? We went to see the Phillies AAA team the Lehigh Iron Pigs instead, tickets are only $10 so you can't beat that! We drove up to Joe and Diane's and left Lily with Diane for the evening while Joe, Parker, Rowan and I headed up to Lehigh/Allentown. It was a great time, AAA ball is great for that home town feeling during a game, there isn't a bad seat in the house either. I would say Rowan had a great time overall, she got the clapping part down pat and kept saying "Let's Go Pigs" when everyone else did. I think she liked the food just as much but it is all part of the experience right?

School Pictures
The girls had school/daycare pictures done a couple of weeks ago and they were available the other day. One of the perks of having siblings in the same daycare is you can get individual and group pictures taken of them. Here are the 3 of each of the girls pics and then their picture together. Lily would not smile for her solo pics at all they said but as soon as Rowan was in the pic with her she would not stop beaming - how cute is that??

Lily 7 Months
So Lily turned 7 months old yesterday and *gasp* I did not get to taking her pictures until this morning, shame on me! We had company yesterday so the day just kind of escaped from me but here she is 7 months and 1 day ;) Oh and I had to take her to the doc on Friday afternoon because she has another ear infection and she weighed in at 18lbs!

Lily likes her pears
I was feeding Lily pears tonight and started saying "More, more" and this is the reaction I got.

Twas the night before Easter and all through the house
We had a 3 3/4 year old girl afraid the Easter Bunny was going to come into her room while she was sleeping! *haha* Aside from the that, and the threat of no candy, she has actually fallen asleep in there. So now I can update.
Yesterday was Good Friday and my birthday, I turned 39 so as far as I am concerned that will be the last birthday I ever celebrate. How the $%^&@$% did I get this old??? Argh. Anyway regardless of that we were all home which was nice.
We got a new "conversation" patio set which we are in love with for our deck so Rowan and I went out in the morning to accessorize the deck and then we came home and all hung outside. We went for a late lunch/early dinner to Ted's Montana Grill where Parker and I had our first bison burger and I tell you what, it was delicious!
Today was rainy and miserable for most of the day so we were in the house all day. I took Rowan for a haircut and some food shopping and then we came home and dyed easter eggs and made fruit salad to take to Sharon's tomorrow. Before bedtime Rowan got carrots and water out for the Easter Bunny so he would definitely stop at our house - just not in her room ;)

QVC Beauty Bash and other things
Really compared to the Beauty Bash all other things pale in comparison but regardless other things did happen this weekend :)
First on Friday it poured here - POURED - but at the end of it there was a magnificent rainbow that showed itself around dinnertime. We looked for a pot of gold but the rainbow was so big we couldn't find an end.
Saturday we had gymnastics and not one but two birthday parties. Parker took Ro to gym, I took her to The Sports Zone for Tommy's birthday and then we all went next door to Murphi's birthday party. A fun day all around but a long one!
Sunday I was up and out the door at 715am for the once a year, not to be missed QVC Beauty Bash! Once again it was fantastic and actually probably the best one they have ever had - it was so exciting. I think I am still high from it!
While I was there Joe and Diane came over to hang out with the girls. Parker and the neighbours took that opportunity to dig up a corner of our yard so we can plant vegetables this year - we are pretty excited about it but are going to start small to see how it goes. We got tomato cages though so those are a definite and we are thinking of a few other things. The day was gorgeous and sunny all day long and Rowan spent alot of time outside, as did Lily. Joe and Diane gave the girls their Easter gifts and Rowan's included a chalk stamping set - she created a mural of epic proportions on our driveway with it!
And just because - look at this smile!!

A Little bit of Lily
Seems it has been alot about Rowan lately so now a little bit of Lily. First just being cute :) Second doing some tummy time - she hates it but puts on a brave show for a few minutes then the wailing starts. I have to be strong and make her do it though because she is still not rolling over and I know it is because she does not get enough time on her tummy so we do a little every day now. Third Lily in the tub - took me 6+ months to finally snap a pic of her in the tub but I finally did it. She LOVES her bath - splashes, kicks and squeals and lately attacks the Elmo cup like it has done something to offend her!
